IMAGES OF CHURCH HISTORY, THE HOLY LAND AND FAMILY LIFE

I am sometimes approached by Latter-day Saints who express a desire to see photographs of church related subjects that are more artistic than photographic. I understand where they are coming from because my feelings are often best expressed with an impressionist interpretation and often a simplification or intensification of the camera's recorded color give that result. The following impressionist photos represent  some of my efforts to make artistic images with the camera that reflect the history and faith of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (a.k.a.
