I have been sorting
through the voluminous writings my
mother left scattered in many boxes and
folders. Many of them are about her
dreams of becoming a story writer.
Sadly, only one of her stories was
accepted for publication, but never
appeared in print. However, as I have
sorted through the sometimes mixed writings, I have found
gems of personal accounts and
observations. So I will start with some
of these.
Eventually I hope to add some of her
fictional stories because I know that
would please her. With tongue in cheek,
I affectionately call all of this,
LEAH STORY'S STORIES. Please come back
occasionally to see what I've added. Because of the random nature of this collection the entries will not be organized chronologically or topically. Also, the entries are mostly photo copies of the original documents and some may be a little difficult to read. |
